What is the policy coverage?

Every consumer electronic product you have purchased is covered by a limited warranty for a period of one (1) year or more from its original date of purchase against manufacturers’ defects. We will repair or replace any part(s) or product in accordance to the manufacturers’ warranty policies. Please retain your sales receipt and warranty cards as proof of purchase for a valid warranty claim. Proof of purchase must clearly state the date of purchase, name of the product and authorized re-sellers details.

What is not covered by warranty?

  • Failure of the product resulting from improper installation, misuse, abuse, accident, neglect, mishandling, or wear from ordinary use or environmental deterioration
  • Cosmetic damage, including paint damage, or consequential damage to other components or premises which may result for any reason from the failure of the product
  • Modification or repair by you or third party without the manufacturers’ approval
  • If products not used in accordance with any officially released instructions by the manufacturer
  • If there has been any alteration or missing serial numbers and for products not purchased from an authorized dealer
  • Any bundled, not-for-sale, point-of-sale  products or miscellaneous accessories

Conditions of warranty

  • Warranty is only valid when products are purchased from authorized Red Fusion One dealers.
  • Warranty will terminate on expiry of the stipulated warranty period, or when the manufacturer has wound-up, whichever is earlier. Or if Red Fusion One Pte Ltd ceases to be agent for any reason.
